Temitope Isaac Olowolafe

A Canadian real estate developer with a long history of business leadership and entrepreneurism, Temitope Isaac Olowolafe lived in the greater Toronto suburb of Woodbridge, Ontario, with his family as a teenager. Full of solid small businesses and prosperous homeowners, this thriving, tight-knit community made quite an impression on him as a young man. Temitope Isaac Olowolafe graduated from the University of Toronto several years later, resolved to instill the community model of Woodbridge within the Black populations of Canada.

As his first business venture, Dream Maker Realty has been buying, developing, selling, brokering, and managing real estate since 2003. It employs 10 licensed agents and works with 45 financial and business consultants worldwide.

Over the years, Mr. Olowolafe established a number of other companies and subsidiaries under the Dream name, ranging from a wealth-management firm to an insurance brokerage. He also invested in and provided mentorship to small and mid-size businesses as head of the private-equity provider Dream Maker Ventures.
